Bollywood Actresses Fight: ‘Respect Your Stature!’ Superstar Actresses Clash Openly on the Street, Cops Give Stern Warning; What Happened?

Mantralaya Times Mumbai –

Major chaos broke out on Friday at the office of the Cine & TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA) in Mumbai. A dispute among several association members over official documents escalated dramatically, forcing the police to intervene to restore order. Prominent artists including Poonam Dhillon, Padmini Kolhapure, Upasana Singh, and Kunika Sadanand were present during the incident. Multiple videos capturing the commotion are currently going viral on social media.

Dispute over official Documents :

Kunika Sadanand recently alleged that official CINTAA documents and files were taken away in Poonam Dhillon’s car. Following this, a video surfaced showing several members questioning Padmini Kolhapure regarding the matter. When asked if she admitted to taking the documents, she expressed her readiness to produce the committee’s dissolution letter to the panel. Police were present at the scene throughout the incident, attempting to calm everyone down.

Poonam Dhillon’s Statement

Poonam Dhillon also reacted to the entire incident. Speaking to ANI, she said, “This is the first time I am seeing a court. I had never seen a police station before. Now, I have become an expert. I have seen the court, visited the police station, and spoken to a lawyer. The proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CINTAA and CAWT was discussed at the Annual General Meeting. In 2016, when CAWT acquired this land, CINTAA had helped them. Our member Mithun Chakraborty conducted programs and helped raise funds. Johny Lever also organized events and shows in 2010. Since then, the Cine Artistes Welfare Trust hasn’t done any fundraising work. Therefore, we decided to help them. Over the last two to two-and-a-half years, while discussions for the MoU were underway, we realized that whenever a medical emergency arose, they would claim they had no funds.”

Dispute Over Search of Poonam Dhillon’s Car

In another video, Poonam Dhillon is seen raising questions regarding the search of her car. This video was reportedly recorded by Kunika Sadanand, leading to a heated argument between the two. Seeing the situation escalate, the police reprimanded the actresses.

A female police officer remarked, “We feel bad talking to you like this. We don’t even speak to slum dwellers this way. Respect your own stature. People are watching you. Everyone is stubbornly sticking to their own allegations, and no one is willing to listen. Had it been anyone else, I would have slapped them across the face, but I respect you all—however, even that respect has its limits.”
