USES Foundation Organises Blood Donation and Health Check-up Camp on Gandhi Jayanti

Mantralaya Times News:      Network Mumbai, 2nd oct 2026: USES Foundation – Universal Sadhana for Eternal Seva, a community-focused organisation working towards creating positive change through Seva, social responsibility and community participation, organised a Blood Donation Drive along with Free Eye and Health Check-up Camp at JB Nagar Circle, Andheri East, Mumbai, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

The initiative was conducted under USES Foundation’s “2 Ko Do” campaign, encouraging citizens to come forward and donate blood for those in need. Several voluntary blood donors participated in the drive. The camp also provided free eye check-ups, blood sugar and BP testing, benefiting more than 100 people.

To encourage participation and create a lively and positive environment during the drive, a karaoke and music programme was also organised.

As a special gesture of appreciation towards the blood donors, NY Foundation / NY Productions supported the initiative by sponsoring Drishyam 3 movie tickets, which were distributed among the donors.

USES Foundation continues to undertake initiatives in areas including healthcare, blood and organ donation, senior citizen welfare, education, women empowerment, environmental awareness and responsible citizenship, with the aim of bringing people together for meaningful Seva and social impact.

The Foundation expressed its gratitude to all the blood donors, medical professionals, volunteers, supporters and NY Foundation / NY Productions for contributing to the success of the programme.
