CM Devendra Fadnavis inaugurated Police Housing building with 136 quarters (108 for constables+28 for officers) at Worli, Mumbai. Maharashtra government gave an approval for its revised proposal and it has been completed with 1,21,955 sq. ft. built up area. .Maharashtra govt is committed for better facilities to police personnel and have initiated process of constructing more & more houses for them. Also, .Maharashtra have taken an important step of sanctioning 4 FSI for police housing .
CM also inaugurated New Annexe Building for Commissioner Of Police, Mumbai at Crawford Market, with Ministers Shri Subhash Desai, Shri Vinod Tawde, Shri Ram Shinde. This 6 storey building has 104065 sq.ft built up area with meeting hall for 300 persons, rain water harvesting system & gym. The command and control system centre in this new building is an advanced one and on the lines of Israel and London.
