CRPC Organises programme on educating citizens about their fundamental rights

On 10th July 2016, One such Programe was coordinated by Shri Darshan Soni on behalf of CRPC and it was conducted by Shri Mukund Pareikh, Shri Bimal Bhutta & their team parle who are now a part of CRPC.

The occasion was graced by presence of Local MLA SHRI PARAG ALWANI, SHRI SUMANT GAISAS, President of Shiv Mudra Prathisthan. Citizens Rights Protection Committe (CRPC) was represented by Shri. Darshan Soni, National President, Shri HAMID QURESHI National VP, and the Legal Panel consisted of Adv Shri Ashfaq Qureshi (Chief Patron CRPC) Adv Ms. Ranjan Rajgor (Mah-President Womens Cell) , Adv Ms Beena Singh Arora was present.

Shri Parag Alwani set the ball rolling for the event followed by Shri Darshan Soni who coordinated the event.

The Legal Panel presented and addressed various fundamental legal issues in their awareness speech. Later on the occasion the Advocate Panel of Shri Ashfaq, Ms Ranjan and Smt Beena Singh Arora had a Q and A session with the audience in a packed mithibai college auditorium.

Shri Asfhaq Qureshi spoke about how to avail free legal aid in details, also enlightened the audience on topics of Human Rights, General Law, Criminal Law, Cyber law & Consumer Law.

Ms. Ranjan in her speech gave knowledge abt how to file FIR where to file and its procedure, details of Criminal Law, Civil Law and how to make application and what matter comes under civil side and Criminal side.

The feedback to this awareness programme was highly rated by the audience as they were very much satisfied with the responses to their query raised. They also thanked the organizers as they acknowledged the fact that getting high quality free legal awareness is very difficult these days. According to their experience, they spend good amount yet never get the right advise, where as here they got lot of quality information free of cost.
