CM DEVENDRA FADNAVIS Released BMC’s Revised Building Approval Manual for construction permit guidelines for Mumbai.
This will reduce 119 permissions to 58 which will provide efficient, timely & hassle free services to citizens.
Number of days for permission reduced to 60 from 365 days,will give relief to common man.
CM DEVENDRA FADNAVIS Also reiterated to notify services by Municipal Corporations, within 2 months for executing Right to Service in state in true spirit.
Also launched a MCGM portal where all information and guidance for DP is available at a single click – http://cheplan.mcgm.gov.in .
BMC We will also soon have a housing regulatory authority by Feb 2016.
