Mantralaya Times Bureau CM Devendra Fadnavis announce some highlights of #housingpolicy today aiming to bring major relief to common man in Mumbai. Uddhav Thackerayji, Ministers Vinod Tawdeji, Subhash Desaiji, Prakash Mehtaji, Ravindra Waikarji and MPs & MLAs were present too. The initiatives announced today would benefit lakhs of Mumbaikars residing in more than 22000 buildings. We have now made provisions for cluster development in Mumbai suburban area too.
Redevelopment of dilapidated buildings also included. Government considered all demands from various sections of society while taking these decisions & this will fulfil dream of #HousingForAll . Working for BDD Chawl and Dharavi redevelopment too is our priority. We have been working hard and would come up with solutions soon. We have also taken one important task which will be a pathbreaking change for Mumbai is integrated transport system of metro,mono,bus,rail. We’ve received special permission from GoI for in situ development of slums near Mumbai Airport & I’m thankful to Hon Narendra Modi ji for it. Our Government will take every possible decision and action in the interest of Mumbaikars and development of Mumbai. And all this is just a part of our efforts to make Mumbai one the best cities of the world.
