Yet another relief to our farmers: GoI accepts Maharashtra Govt’s request to allow farmers to buy seeds for Rabi, with older denomination notes. Now seeds can be purchased from the centres,outlets belonging to the Central or State Govt, PSUs, National or State Seeds Corporations, Central or State Agricultural Universities and the ICAR, on production of proof of identity.
