Minister of State (I/C) for Petroleum & Natural Gas Shri Dharmendra Pradhan is visiting Kathmandu,Nepal on 23-25 August 2015. During the official visit he will sign the MoU between Government of India and Government of Nepal for the construction of petroleum products pipeline from Raxaul (India) to Amlekhgunj ( Nepal).
During his address to the Constituent Assembly of Nepal on 4 August 2014 , Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi had promised that India would build the petroleum pipeline to Nepal.
Shri Pradhan is accompanied by senior officials from MoPNG, MEA and Chairman, IOC.
